Seems like Gucci are forever on the ball....innovative and inspiring!!

Lets just say Gucci and Apple are 'best of friends'. From designing distinctive pieces for the Iphone, Itouch, Ipod and Macbook, Gucci have done it once again!!.... Yes, the brand has collaborated with Apple once more to produce an exclusive iPad case.

It comes in the form of a monogrammed satchel bag and is priced at £150. There will be more versions to follow such as a red Guccissima patent leather design, planned for release in line with Valentine's Day and also a silver and diamanté piece just in time for the festive season.

Each satchel will be lined with soft suede and will feature a strap closure to protect the touch screen

Wanna get your hands on one of these?? Well the case will be available sooner than you thought! From mid June the satchel can be found in all of Gucci's flagship stores, including London town!

Shades from the Spotlight

We love that Mary J Blige is setting trends. First there was her collaboration with Gucci designing watches, now she's set to bring out her own range of sunglasses. She's certainly making it happen!!

The Queen of R 'n' B and HipHop, Jimmy Iovine the Chairman of Interscope Records and Orange 21 an eyewear company, have teamed up to develop 'Melodies by MJB'. This is a brand new line of sunglasses that will be launched in Autumn 2010 and will include 4 different styles and 20 color options to choose from.

Jimmy Iovine also brokered Dr Dre, Gaga and P Diddy's Monster headphone deals. It has been said that he will continue to boost the popularity of his artists’ in this way as music does not pay the way it used to.
