Gucci icon-temporary is a flash sneaker store that has been travelling the world since October 2009. This exclusive one of a kind idea has seen a collaboration with one of London's finest music artists, Mark Ronson. Ronson has lent his 'music-inspired' hand to Gucci's creative director Frida Giannini, in designing a limited collection of 'Gucci Ronson Sneakers'.
The collection at London’s very own Covent Garden (37 Earlham Street) comprises of 18 styles; 16 for the gents and 2 for the ladies. Designs include the famous Gucci 'gg' logo, the red and green web detail, and even your initials imprinted onto a customized leather tag, all retailing at the price of £400 a pair.
When J Dot clothing, paid a visit to this unique store, the brands very own CEO was taken back by the royal blue sneaker with yellow laces…..it said to have reminded him of his love for the boat shoe……
So there we have it guys , we've just made our trip to 37 Earlham Street….all we want to know is when are you making yours???
There's only 2 weeks left until this store packs up its belongings and sets off to Tokyo....so make sure you pay a visit, even if it's just for browsing!
